To note:

  • I’ve updated my links. Some people have taken a little break from their journals, and that’s okay. I just hate following dead links and think other people might, as well.
  • At first, his journal/blog/whatever didn’t appeal to me. Then he posted pictures of himself and I’m hooked, most likely for all the wrong reasons. Oh man, but he’s a good looking thing. Jason, if you’re ever single, call me. Seriously, I’m here for you.
  • Sarah Brown, still the funniest orange blog I know of. Please, go give her some traffic. You’re really doing yourself a favor.

Work is finally getting back within a manageable grip. Hopefully things in other parts of my life will settle down as well. I expect to be able to post and answer emails on a more regular basis. In fact, I’m kind of hoping to turn Uncle Bob and post every day, at least a little something. But we’ll have to see how that goes. I have issues with sticking to things, but I’m working on that.

Last night, for some unexplainable reason, I felt the need to completely rearrange my studio. In doing so I realized I have a simple problem. My desk is too big. Just for the room, not for me. I’d prefer to have an entire forty foot wall made into a desk with attached corkboard above it. I like to spread out when I work. I think I’ll work with my new arrangement, it does have some benefits. Its kind of closed off to anyone outside of the room, not very open and inviting. It works for me right now.

As soon as I find some smallish boxes I have several packages of my goods going out. I’m kind of proud of that. It validates that people actually like the stuff I do. Always a good feeling. I’ve also been experimenting with different packaging and stuff. I’m liking how things are turning out. Each new thing I put together comes out looking more clean and polished than the last one. Its nice to see your work progress.

I’m taking some small venturing steps out of my comfort zone. I’m trying to expand (my mind) and grow (as a person). I’m hanging out with Dragon and Rocky Saturday. We’re going to go play pool. Now, normally there’s no way I’d put myself out there with such a small group of friends. I prefer larger settings where I can be lost among the throng or play off of other people. Three, while being a crowd, is also terrifying to me. So, we’re going to see how that goes. I either kill or I bomb. One way or another, someone dies.

Okay, that’s all I got today. Hopefully, I’ll have more tomorrow. Eh, I may not. Let’s play it by ear.
